Evaluations are conducted at various stages of a program’s life cycle, from planning and implementation to ongoing monitoring and post-implementation reviews. Evaluators use a range of qualitative and quantitative methods to collect and analyze data, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, case studies, cost-benefit analysis, and statistical techniques.
